Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, session replay technologies, APIs, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, improve website functionality, analyze usage and performance, personalize content, detect fraud, measure advertising effectiveness, and provide marketing and advertising services.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages by email or text message.
These technologies may collect information about your device, browser, IP address, interactions with the Services, browsing behavior, purchase activity, and engagement with advertisements and communications.

You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the email. You may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP where applicable.
We may use providers such as Klaviyo, Shopify, telecommunications providers, and similar vendors to deliver these communications.
We use the phone number you provide solely to send the transactional and marketing messages described above, and we share it only with the service providers (such as Klaviyo, Shopify, and telecommunications providers) that help us deliver those messages. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, and this information will not be sold. Your mobile opt-in and consent are excluded from the data sharing and selling described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you.

International Transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States.
If we transfer your personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms where required by applicable law, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or other approved transfer mechanisms, unless the transfer is to a country that has been determined to provide an adequate level of protection.
Lawful Bases for Processing for EEA and UK Users
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar jurisdictions, we may process your personal information under one or more of the following legal bases, as permitted or required by applicable law:
- Performance of a contract with you.
- Compliance with legal obligations.
- Legitimate business interests.
- Your consent.
- Fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and security purposes.
Our legitimate interests may include operating and improving the Services, marketing and advertising, analytics and performance monitoring, fraud prevention, customer support, fulfillment and logistics, and enforcing our agreements and policies.
Security and Retention
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute or perfect security. Information sent to us may not be secure while in transit, and we recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for purposes including fulfilling orders, maintaining records, customer support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcing agreements, maintaining business operations, and supporting ongoing customer accounts and communications.
Children’s Privacy
The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we “share” or “sell” personal information of individuals under 16 years of age, as those terms are defined under applicable privacy laws.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you reside, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These rights are not absolute, may apply only in certain circumstances, and may be subject to exceptions under applicable law.
Depending on your jurisdiction, your rights may include:
- The right to access or know the personal information we hold about you.
- The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- The right to request deletion of personal information.
- The right to receive a copy of personal information and request portability where applicable.
- The right to object to or restrict certain processing activities.
- The right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- The right to opt out of targeted advertising, profiling, or certain data sharing activities, including activities that may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable privacy laws.
If your browser or device transmits a legally recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), we may treat that signal as a request to opt out for that browser or device where required by applicable law.
You may also manage certain advertising preferences through browser settings, cookie preferences, Global Privacy Control signals where supported, or platform-specific opt-out tools.
You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe option displayed in our emails. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as messages about your account, orders, customer service inquiries, or transactions.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights available to you under applicable law.
We may need to verify your identity before processing requests, as permitted or required by applicable law. In accordance with applicable laws, you may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. Before accepting a request from an authorized agent, we may require proof that the agent is authorized to act on your behalf, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
We will respond to privacy requests in a timely manner as required by applicable law.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We may share certain personal information — such as identifiers, device and usage information, and browsing or shopping activity — with advertising and analytics partners in order to deliver targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act), these activities may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, even when no money is exchanged.
You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for these purposes. You do not need to create an account to do so, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising this right. You may opt out at any time by any of the following methods:
- Email us at help@artofaltitude.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”
- Enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in a supported browser or device. Where required by applicable law, we will treat a GPC signal as a valid request to opt out for that browser or device.
- Adjust your cookie and tracking preferences using the cookie banner or preference tools available on our website.
Because opt-outs tied to cookies or browser signals are specific to the browser and device you are using, you will need to renew your choice if you use a different browser or device, or if you clear your cookies.
Complaints
If you have complaints about how we process your personal information, please contact us using the contact details below.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to appeal our decision regarding a privacy request or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or other applicable regulator.
Third-Party Websites and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or platforms.
If you follow links to websites, platforms, or services not affiliated with or controlled by us, you should review their privacy and security policies and other terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or practices of third-party websites or services.
Information you provide on public or semi-public venues, including information shared through third-party social networking platforms, may be viewable by other users of those platforms and may be used by us or third parties without limitation, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
We will post the revised Privacy Policy on this website, update the “Last updated” date, and provide notice where required by applicable law.
